Rename or remove a project

Three different operations that people reach for interchangeably, with genuinely different consequences.

Rename, hide, remove#

Rename
Changes the short name you refer to the project by. The repository and its history are untouched.
Hide
Drops it out of the default project list without removing anything. It can be listed with everything else, and unhidden later.
Remove
Takes the project out of the registry. It prompts for confirmation unless you say otherwise.

All three exist on all three surfaces

Command line, dashboard and Telegram. An affordance that exists in only one place is treated as unfinished in this codebase, not as a shortcut.
