What Tharas does
Every capability below is something the engine does today, and each page names the part of the system it is describing.
Planning and approvalYou give Tharas an objective. It comes back with a specification, a task graph and an honest statement of what it cannot do — and then it holds gates on the way out, so nothing reaches your remote that has not been proven minutes earlier.Self-healing blockersMost tools stop at a blocked task and wait for someone to notice. Tharas runs a resolution loop: observe, reason, hypothesise, research, plan, repair, verify, learn — and only escalates once that budget is genuinely spent.VerificationEvery gate used to reason about the tree without ever starting it. Now the tree has to compile, the suite has to run, and the application has to boot and answer before anything is called finished.MemoryTharas remembers what it learned about your repository — not as a transcript, but as ranked, typed knowledge that the next run queries before it starts guessing.Model routingConnect an AI account and never make another engineering decision about models. Routing chooses per call, and two invariants stop it ever trading your outcome for a cheaper bill.Token intelligenceToken optimisation here never depends on a human noticing a chart. The system observes, diagnoses, fixes, validates and learns, so waste disappears on its own.ProgramsOne approved specification can span many plans across many services. The workstream graph is persisted and scheduled — not rendered into a prompt and discarded.System healthKnowing whether an autonomous system is working is a real question with a real answer. Tharas measures the pipeline and the resolution loop separately, and says plainly where the gaps still are.The agentsTharas does not run a single agent repeatedly. Work is handed between roles with a defined job each, and every hand-off is a structured, schema-enforced output rather than prose parsed after the fact.Local-first and privateTharas runs where your code already is. What leaves the machine is an entitlement check and a small set of typed measurements — never a file, never a prompt, never a path.Git isolationPhysical isolation rather than a promise to be careful. Each engineer task builds in its own worktree, and a file outside its declared scope fails a gate before anything else runs.
