Served locally, from the machine the engine is already running on. It is where the onboarding wizard lives and where a long run is worth watching.
First run builds your office#
With no office yet, the dashboard shows an onboarding wizard rather than a project picker. You either create the full recommended team, or set it up manually and bench the optional agents — the six that make up the build pipeline are locked.
Then it takes your first project: either an idea to build from scratch, or an existing repository imported through the same inspect, add and index flow.

It is served from your machine
The dashboard is part of the local install and binds to your machine. It is not a hosted console, and nothing about your repository is uploaded to render it.
